Empowering Newquay's Future is an exciting and dynamic event, designed to inspire and connect young people and the wider community with local businesses, career opportunities, and future pathways. 

Unlike traditional careers fairs, Empowering Newquay's Future goes beyond static displays. Attendees will experience a truly engaging event where businesses and self-employed individuals can: 

• Showcase their workplaces and industries through interactive activities
• Highlight their culture, values, and benefits as employers of choice 
• Inspire the next generation by sharing career stories and hands-on opportunities

Newquay Orchard will host the event, which ensures it's right at the heart of the community and the fact they are a 'Diversity to Thrive' partner ensures this event will also offer to support students with additional needs, raising awareness of the barriers to employment.
